Carolyn Reid dreamed of returning to farm life like she did when she was a child in Morgan Hill, California.
In 1996 her and husband Brian fulfiled their dream by moving and purchasing 60 acres of land in Perry, Kansas. They were committed to producing only natural organic whole foods. They started off by buying a few chickens and a Jersey cow named Becky. Slowly they had more products than they could handle. This allowed them to share with their neighbors and family wonderful products produced on the farm.
Carolyn also found that this Jersey cow milk made some pretty great soap. It took some years of perfecting to get the best soap for your skin. With patients she was very successful and began selling her soap in local stores and markets.
Early Oct 29th 2013 my beautiful Mom "Carolyn Reid" left this earth. We lost the gem of our family. I miss her so much. She was a light to many. I, Julie Justus, helped her with the soap making through her illness and she was proud that I was willing to continue to produce this fabulous product. Carolyn's Natural Soap will live on and so will my mother.
